Our support group provides a safe and confidential space for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to find support, healing and connection.

Women's Support Group

Thursday's 5:15- 6:15 PM

This support group is designed to help women who have experienced abusive relationships build confidence, regain independence and provides support as they live a healthy-violence free life. This group is open to women both in and outside of the shelter. 

 

Hands Are Not For Hitting
Thursday's 5:15- 6:15 PM

This group is for children ages 6-12.  The focus of the children’s group is to help child victims of violence solve problems nonviolently and learn to identify and express their feelings in a healthy way. Children learn that the abuse is not their fault.  They also have their feelings validated. This group is open to children in and out of the shelter.
