My Very Own Safety Plan

 

Things I Can Do When I Feel Afraid:

     1. Go to my room

     2. Hide in the closet

     3. Don’t get in the middle of things

     4. Go outside

     5. Play

     6. Call 911 if possible

     7. Write things down in a diary and keep it in a secret place

 

People I Can Turn To:

     1. Grandparents

     2. Relatives

     3. Teacher

     4. Police Officer

     5. My best friend’s parents

     6. Babysitter

     7. Older Sibling

     8. A trusted and safe adult
